Subscription cancellation
Users will be able to cancel NOURVO Pro after subscriptions launch. Until payment functionality is enabled, there is no active paid subscription or in-app cancellation flow. At launch, cancellation will stop future renewal and will follow the end-of-cycle access behavior displayed in the product before purchase.
Refunds
Subscription charges generally become non-refundable once the paid service period and features have been made available. We will review duplicate or erroneous charges and technical payment or activation failures. This does not limit refund rights required by applicable law.
Request and processing
Send the account email, transaction reference and a concise explanation through our support contact. Do not send full card or bank credentials. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported. Processing time depends on Razorpay and the relevant bank or payment provider.
