The service
NOURVO provides fitness assessments, estimated targets, AI-assisted meal and workout plans, progress tools and AI-generated Future Body projections. You must be legally able to agree to these terms in India.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access credentials and activity under your account. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, upload unlawful or infringing material, reverse engineer protected functionality, or use outputs to harm or deceive others.
Your content and body photos
You retain rights in content you provide. You grant NOURVO the limited permission needed to store, process and transmit that content to service providers solely to operate features you request, including Future Body generation. You confirm you have the right to upload the content.
AI and fitness limitations
Do not use NOURVO for emergencies. People with medical concerns, injuries, pregnancy, eating disorders or conditions requiring individualized care should seek appropriate professional advice before acting on general fitness guidance.
Subscriptions, payment and cancellation
NOURVO Pro is intended to be offered at ₹399 billed monthly. Payment functionality is not yet enabled. When enabled, Razorpay will process payments and applicable subscription terms will be shown before purchase. Users will be able to cancel future renewal; access and billing treatment will follow the cancellation flow implemented at launch and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
NOURVO, its brand, software, interface and service content are owned by or licensed to the service operator. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service, not ownership of it.
Availability and termination
We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, security risk, unlawful use or where required by law.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Projections and guidance may contain errors and are not guarantees. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NOURVO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction required by applicable law.
